"I had an accident and the claims department is saying part of the repair is maintenance. Wendy Sears was no help at all seems like she just wanted to push me off .... whenever she decided to respond to my email. I have multiple policies with them and pay a lot every month. I will be looking for a new insurance company."
"Dear Mr. or Ms. Falcone, I am sorry to hear about your accident and your frustration with the claims process and our office. I would very much like to address your concerns and see if I can help. As your review isn't in your real name, though, I am unable to confirm what claim you are frustrated with. I have found information on a claim I believe you are referencing, and I do know that Wendy, as well as our claims department, has responded repeatedly that the claims department will be happy to review the repair in question, but claims needs documentation from the auto shop specifying how they believe the damage occurred. Once that is received, which I believe was yesterday, claims will be happy to review the information and see if the damage is covered under the policy. "I wish I could speak to the manager of this company. The treatment in the office today was very bad, and then a bill approached that rose from 400 to 800 dollars in the last hour due to a misunderstanding on their part. I want to complain. Talk to them. They will not give you the wrong answer. Who do I want for this transaction? I have never seen anything like it in my entire life. There is no credibility in We agreed to talk other than YouTube, I have a phone conversation in messages"
"I'm sorry for your frustration, Khaled. Speaking to a manager is as simple as asking for a manager. However, my team member you dealt with has 30 years of experience, so is very capable of helping. We had reached out to you via text, phone, and email about documents needed to keep certain discounts on your policy. As my very experienced team member explained, our office never received the necessary paperwork to complete the discounts, so your rate increased when those discounts were removed. With the Steer Clear Certification of Completion and the grades showing a GPA of 3.0 or better, we can reapply those discounts. I have reviewed your account and this is, in fact the case, so I'm unsure of your confusion. I am also unsure what you mean about YouTube, as we do not use YouTube at all for business purposes. We would be happy to reapply the discounts once the appropriate paperwork is received. Thank you."

"Called numerous times during business hours and nobody answered. Called to REQUEST a FIELD adjuster come to my location to do the supplement and was told NO i had to take it to the place for that. So, what should customers do if their vehicle is unsafe or undrivable? We can't get customer service? What if we are disabled? We still have to get our unsafe to drive vehicles to you, so it's convenient for the multi- billion $ business? You don't even deserve 1 star. I requested a field adjuster to come to me and was told NO. I'll looking into this A LOT further. If i called this office that didn't answer the call during their own business hours and it transfers to the home office and they provide terrible service also ultimately it's all BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY STATE FARM! 9-11-24 Wondering what business it is of yours to post my insurance business with the world. I'll be contacting State Farm regarding this office. I'll be sure to include my call logs showing all the unanswered calls and texts with ZERO return calls/ texts all while during your business hours. Funny how you have the time to dig for a google reviewers info with your time (legal? 😒) but you can't simply pick up a phone. Great logic there. The reason you're even their is to serve customers. You can't really do that when YOUR DON'T PICK UP YOUR PHONES! Which I've noticed since my review that you do answer now. STATE FARM YOU ARE LOSING MY MY BUSINESS SOLELY BASED ON HOW THIS OFFICE TREATED ME. IT'S ALREADY SCREEN SHOTTED ZERO STARS MICHELLE KREEGER Didn't know State Farm condoned retaliating against customers and their reviews instead of reaching out to resolve it like it tried to do by repeatedly calling their. Is that a #StateFarm is this your policy? Just got off the phone with your higher ups. Presented them with what i reviewed you based on, and boy, they are not happy with you. Goodluck. 😉"
